Whether clients require regular check-ins or occasional consultations, our model is designed to accommodate their individual needs. Regarding contracts, we request a commitment of three months for primary care patients, ensuring continuity of care and allowing ample time for us to tailor a personalized treatment plan.
However, if circumstances change, individuals have the option to cancel with just 30 days’ notice, providing clients with the freedom to adjust their care as necessary. Patients have access to all of our services. While primary care patients receive comprehensive care under their subscription, should the need arise to transition to our addiction treatment services, the subscription fee will be adjusted accordingly, ensuring seamless access to the care they require.
